This is the favorite toothpaste for me and for my daughter. Recently, I've had a hard time finding it in the store. I hope they are not going to stop making it. My daughter does not like minty toothpaste at all, but she does not find the citrus flavor overwhelming. I also prefer this toothpast to those with strong minty flavors.
I dislike mint products -peppermint, spearmint, and even the "cinnamon" toothpaste that is really just peppermint mixed with a bit of cinnamon. This Orange/Scope flavored toothpaste has saved my breath as well as my teeth.
Great product for those who dislike traditional toothpaste flavors.

The flavor is nice, it's like brushing your teeth with an orange Tic-Tac. However, the freshness wears off fast, my teeth don't feel clean, and I end up craving oranges. For people who don't like harsh, minty toothpastes this is probably better for them, I'll stick to A&H baking soda toothpastes.

I really, really hope that this toothpaste doesn't get discontinued! I'm allergic to mint (even the smell of it can make me throw up), and it's so hard for me to find toothpaste that doesn't bother my allergy. This is one of those few toothpastes and is by far my favorite. I hope Crest makes some more fruit-flavored toothpastes, as well keeping this one in production.

I bought this toothpaste because of the flavor and it is very good for toothpaste. I can't recommend this though for several reasons: the box promises to freshen your breath with Scope and to whiten your teeth. Unfortunately, it doesn't actually do either of those things plus you get a lot less than a normal toothpaste.
The "Scope" part of the gel immediately liquefies once in your mouth instantly cutting the gel on your brush in half. The very small amount of "Scope" isn't enough to freshen your breath for more than a few minutes after brushing. Plus, since we lose about half of the gel in the tube, we are effectively buying half the toothpaste, as that of a standard competitor 6 ounce size, for the same cost (or more this same toothpaste is available at Wal-Mart for about $2).
The "whitening" claim is also misleading as the whitening that you and I think of when we buy toothpaste is an additional chemical that works to lighten the color of our teeth. The "whitening" that Crest is talking about, though, is the same you would get from rubbing any toothpaste on your teeth: the toothpaste in conjunction with your brush helps scrub the stains off the enamel of your teeth. Crest isn't the only company to do this. I recently went down the aisle at a local store and found that most of the toothpastes advertising "whitening" have in small print that they scrub your teeth of surface stains, i.e., they clean your teeth not actually whiten them.
I never write reviews but decided to write my first on this toothpaste. I'm not a Crest person but I saw it for sale for 3.99 and bought it because I thought four dollars was worth the risk. I'm pleasantly surprised. This is my new favorite toothpaste. My teeth are visibly whiter after a few weeks and stains are gone. Most importantly, my mouth feels fresh and clean when I'm done brushing. I've gotten a few family members to switch to this product after they started noticing my brighter smile. :)
