I am a coffee drinker (I am big fan of Starbucks), so I am always looking for good whitening products that WORK!This one really did brighten my teeth about 5 shades without and messy trays or strips.I used the product for two days about 30 minutes per day and had no difficultly.The light seemed high tech and worked fine.I am prone to tooth sensitivity and did not experience any with Luster.I would recommend this product.

Right up front: this system changed my teeth from a disgusting rank of "12" on their whiteness chart, to a rank of "7" after 10 of the 2-minute treatments.My gums did not turn white as other reviewers experienced, nor did my lips bleed, nor did my teeth hurt.I'll tell you how.

First and foremost, my teeth are terrible, between yellow & brown.If you have teeth that are just sorta off-white, well, you're not giving the system much to work with.Use this system if you think your teeth are gross.Second, if you read all 122 reviews, you'll find tips.I bothered to read them all and to use all the tips, which I'll list.Here we go.

1.Brush teeth as usual, rinse.

2.Brush teeth with just water (no paste).Rinse, repeat.

Don't waste your money. It didn't do a thing. You can buy the Rembrandt whitening kit for about 1/2 the cost & actually have whiter teeth in a couple hours.

After brushing for 10 days and more, I noticed no improvement.I used it as directed for a little over ten days, brushed 2x a day, use the clear gel 2~3x a week, but I felt like I wasted my money as this product cost 2~3 times more than other whitening products but didn't do anything.

Maybe other people would have better luck with this product, I'm going for other ones.

Well... the good thing about this product was that it actually changed my habit of brushing my teeth before bed, so I guess something good came out of it.

Spinbrush Pro Recharge Battery Powered Toothbrush

This is a great convenience. The brush works well and automatically recharges each day when you return it to the base. My wife and I both have arthritis and this is very lightweight so it is easy to brush longer. Plus being rechargeable it will save on batteries over the battery model so the difference is worth it. No doubt it has a fixed number of charge cycles so eventually it will go bad but for the cost it should be reasonable. Highly recommended.

I use this toothbrush everyday.It was given to me for Christmas, 2007.It's now approaching Christmas,2008 and appears to be holding its charge as well as the Energizer Bunny.I'm very pleased with it and the results I get with it.

Toothbrush does a great job cleaning your teeth much better than a regular (non-powered) brush. The battery lasted about 18 months for me and I kept it plugged in on the charger base.

Charger: I bought the spinbrush in August '07 and its charger just stopped working today (July '09). At first I thought something had malfunctioned, but after reading some other reviews, I found that this is to be expected after over a year of use. The stand is wired and does require a nearby outlet for nightly charging, but I have taken the spinbrush on 2-3 day trips without the charger stand, and it has retained enough of a charge to work throughout the trip. One thing to note is to dry your brush handle with a towel after each use as the charger stand can get kind of yucky inside if you don't.

Brush: The dual-brush head provides both circular and back-and-forth strokes which provides a larger surface area than alternative brushes that only have the circular head. While being a fine product considering its value, don't expect this model to last more than a couple of years.
