I have always been skeptical about using tooth whiteners because I have very sensitive teeth.I can honestly say that after using this for the past 3 days that my teeth are alot whiter and it did not cause any pain!I love Kandee Johnson and I have tried most of the products that she recommends and she hasn't let me down yet.I highly recommend this product...but you do have to do it twice a day at first. It's the best alternative to that prescribed by your dentist.

I have tried all kinds of whitening products from strips to toothpaste and beyond. I was about to ask my dentist to preform whitening on me as I was so discouraged.

I am an avid tea drinker with veneers so my smile was just starting to look a bit on the tarnished side. I however didn't want crazy glowing white teeth. This little system works nicely so that you can whiten a little bit at a time. And it is true that it whitened on the first use.

I agree with other reviewers that the mouth peice is a bit uncomfy for small mouths. It is gummy and if you clamp down on it for all 5 minutes your jaw will start to hurt just from the fatiuge.

Anyway, it works and if you want to whiten your teeth just a bit or a whole bunch this product is a great alternitive to having your dentist do it.

I have sensitive teeth so wearing Crest white strips for 30 minutes makes my teeth ache very badly. However, this product is not too bad. It still gives me slight discomfort, but I am able to wear the product for up to 20 minutes without any issues. It says 5-minutes on the box, but you can do one treatment for up to 20 minutes if you have badly stained teeth. I don't; I just want whiter teeth! Anyway, I follow the directions with one EXCEPTION that I learned from MakeUpGeek.com: dry your teeth off with a tissue before you insert the tray. I learned that the gel would adhere better to dry teeth--works with my logic--and I have experienced good results. I don't do it twice a day, per the instructions, but even with once a day I have seen great improvement. I am actually afraid of doing it to the point where I get a mouth like Ross from Friends! Haha.

I've used several kinds of teeth whiteners, including the expensive ones purchased at my dentist's office years ago.The expensive ones worked, but the subsequent ones I tried were disappointing.Until NOW.This stuff really works!I've only been using it for a few days, and I already see the difference.I agree with others about the mouthpiece provided in the kit.It's very rubbery, and I didn't care for it.Instead, I used my old trays provided my dentist, and that did the trick.

I'm using it twice a day, as recommended, and still learning the best amount to use, as I tend to overdo it.You don't need much.I put the gel in my trays with a Q-tip.It always seems like I'm not putting enough in there, but by the time I remove the trays from my teeth, there's PLENTY of gel!

This is the lowest-maintenance teeth whitener I've ever used, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

After reading about this product for a week or two, I've decided to try it out for myself. To start off my teeth are stained! My teeth were never close to any shade of white! So I thought this product is for a fair price, so nothing to lose. After the first application I see a change not a drastic one maybe it would be if I was to leave it on for 10minutes. But I'm on my 3rd day and its looking great! Only thing I'd have to complain about is when it fizz and gets all over your mouth.. my lips are chapped! LOL but no big problem with this item. After brushing for 10 days and more, I noticed no improvement.I used it as directed for a little over ten days, brushed 2x a day, use the clear gel 2~3x a week, but I felt like I wasted my money as this product cost 2~3 times more than other whitening products but didn't do anything.

Maybe other people would have better luck with this product, I'm going for other ones.

Well... the good thing about this product was that it actually changed my habit of brushing my teeth before bed, so I guess something good came out of it.

I received my first kit....used it....and it did not whiten my teeth.I was stressed at work and didn't feel like "arguing" with customer service so I didn't mention it for a while.Then I thought "hey, you spent the money"....so I sent an email explaining that the kit did not whiten my teeth like the other commercial brands did.

Soon after, I received an email with a tracking number, telling me a new kit had been sent to me, and that they stood by their product 100%.

Wow.Excellent customer service.So now, I'm on my third day.....and I have to say...my teeth are "glow in the dark" white!I must have just gotten a bad batch the first time.Stuff happens....but the key is whether the company is ready to make it right, and this company did.I've still got days and days to go...but already after the third treatment, my teeth are whiter than with the other store-bought brands.

Also, the type of peroxide used in this product does not cause the excrutiating pain that the other products do.Thats a plus.

I've been drinking a cup of coffee everyday since my sophomore year of high school. Now, five years later, it's starting to show in my teeth. I wanted to whiten my teeth just a little bit by the time I went back home for Thanksgiving, and after a week, I can really tell the difference. I took pictures before and after each use, and there was even a slight different after the first treatment. (I'm actually doing a treatment as I'm typing this up~) I'd post the pictures, but Amazon isn't letting me. :(

I whitened once everyday (usually around 5-6pm after I eat dinner) for 30 minutes. I do my lower and bottom rows separately because it was hard holding the trays in both at one time. The taste of the gel isn't too bad. Though, the next morning, I had this very dry after taste, but it went away after I used some mouthwash and drank some water.

I messed up a little on the first treatment, and got a little bit of gel on my gums. It did burn for a little while, but went away before the 30 minutes were up. I didn't feel any soreness after the treatments, so I haven't used the the blue gel all that much. I've found it easier to just apply the gel directly onto my teeth and then putting on the tray.

My only issue is the trays. I tried molding them like in the instructions, but they still didn't fit all that great. So I went out and found smaller ones and they worked fine. Another thing is that flossing after whitening was a tad bit uncomfortable. I haven't had the problem since the second treatment, so maybe flossing before-hand would be best. :)

All in all, this is a great product! I can wait to go home for Thanksgiving to show off my super bright smile to the family!

I found this tooth bleach to be very effective.It whitened my teeth which were horribly stained as I am a coffee addict from way back.While it didn't send them movie star blindingly white (which Im actually glad about) it did lighten my teeth significantly and noticably.I would have been happy with just a shade or 2 lighter as I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with how well this worked.

You do have to be careful about trimming the mouth guards etc as the stuff really can burn up your gums, I had a sore on my gums the first time I used it as I didn't follow the instructions.But that was my fault not theirs and I made sure to read all the instructions and follow them after that and I had no problems.

I didn't get much sensitivity, but I used the remineraliser as instructed so that may have reduced the odds of that happening

I've tried all of the top teeth whitening products and have been disappointed every time. This one, however, I want to scream from the roof-tops about and for several reasons First and foremost, it's the only product where I have obtained (more than) satisfying results.

It should also be mentioned that you get so much in this kit for so little. And in my experience, even though this is a stronger product, I did not have as severe of sensitivity as with other products. The remineralizing gel is a great added bonus.

A few tips I've learned a long the way:

Use toothpaste for sensitive teeth a few days or a week before you start whitening and use it until you've completed your treatment.

Before whitening, use your pain reliever of choice.

Definitely mold your trays but definitely TRIM your trays right to the gumline. I used the trays without trimming them and they hurt my gums, even when I was careful with the gel. Trimming made all the difference in the world.

Use the remineralization gel each night you whiten.

My only regret is that I didn't take before pictures. My expectations weren't very high due to my experiences with other products. So expect a difference and take those before and after pictures.
