I've used several types of Crest Whitestrips, and I've always found them to be effective. There's a special skill you need to stop the problem of these particular ones sliding, however:Keeping your mouth shut for five minutes. Five ENTIRE minutes.

To the people complaining that this doesn't work, these are meant to maintain your newly whitened teeth AFTER you use the regular crest strips for 30 minutes. These are NOT meant for dramatically whitening your teeth at all.

I decided to try the 5 minute touch up strips because I had used the Professional Effects Whitestrips and I loved them. They had actually whitened my teeth dramatically. They would hold perfectly to my teeth when I put them on. Well, with the 5 minute touch up strips, I did not have the same effect. They did not stick to my teeth like I expected them to, They actually slid off and if I tried to talk with them...forget about it. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Crest need to come up with a new advanced 5 minute whitening strip that actually sticks to your teeth and doesn't leave so much residue when taken off.I had to write about this product because I have been using it for quitea while and cannot say enough about it. I have used just about every whitening product out there, including dentist bleaching trays and laser.I had been lazy to do it again the last few years because of the comittment of time, or pain( as in the laser. )I bought these and I can easily commit to 5 minutes a day while getting dressed. It did take 2 weeks to see a noticeable difference, but after that they just get whiter and whiter.I get comments all the time on my teeth, and after using the product for about 2 1/2 months I now use it every other week to maintain the whiteness. I knew these were not going to be exactly like the 3D super whitening strips since they are for touch ups after your teeth are already white. These do not adhere tightly to the tooth surface, they are like the original strips, a bit flimsy and gooey. I have only used them once but hopefully they will at least take care of the daily coffee staining.
