I have used this product since it came on the market and I think both the AM & the PM are very effective.

I really like the Go Smile products, but the taste on this paste is more like a "Lemon Mr. Clean." It has a nice texture that I am sure will help whiten, but the taste really could be better since this is a bit pricey.
