In two treatments I got great results without sensitivity. The first time I used it I fallowed directions, after trimming the trays, I did not like the way it fit and was very uncomfortable. After thinking about it a bit I figure I would play around with it to see if I can improve the way I used it for even better results. I trashed the trays and used a small pai brush to paint the gel on my teeth instead then used the light for 30 minutes instead and it worked even better! I rolled up some tissues and put them in between my lips and gums to protect them from the gel. It stings if you get it on your gums. If you put some tissues in between your gums and lips then use a paint brush paint the gel on the teeth then 30 minutes of light and you got it! Brilliant teeth!! Good luck! :)
I tried the regular old white strips (even sheer white 20% peroxide)before giving this kit a try, the white strips just weren't strong enough but this kit really boosted the whiteness of my teeth. I had no sensitivity but it can irritate the gums slightly. Overall i am very satisfied

This is a great way to whiten teeth I have paid $100 before to get a kit at a tanning salon and had to go there and re do and use their light.Then I paid $25 for a refill. Now the place is closed and no light available.This whole kit is great and several shades lighter teeth are worth it.

Works well, I dislike the trays (any trays for that matter, so I brush on teeth using a q-tip then use the light. noticed a difference the first time I used .
