I Had to space my use of the white strips out due to tooth sensitivity but they've worked fairly well.

I only give it one star because it did whiten my teeth (for only a couple of weeks). I had put the 2 hour express one on my teeth at night and while they were on my teeth started hurting. After i took them off they still kept hurting and all throughout the night the pain just got worse. I even cried, thats how bad it was. 2 weeks later i started to see my teeth go back to the way they used to look so i did what the instructions says not to do. I used them again but this time i used the other pack which definitely wasn't the ones that the picture show which i think is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!But anyways it happened again. My teeth started hurting so bad which i thought wasn't gonna happen because the one they sent me wasn't as strong as the 2 hour express one. My teeth kept hurting all that night and the day after. I barely even slept the 2 times i had put them on and they hurt for 2 days. So that means i spent about 4 days with so much pain just for about 3 weeks of whiter teeth. So not worth it. I say save your money because all that pains is just toooooo much. Trust me.

The product was OK and whitened my teeth a few shades whiter, but not as white as going to the dentist.
