I had a 45 minute cession whitening treatment. My teeth were very yellowish. They were still a little after the treatment. I bought the Ice stick, used it 2/day for a week now and I see a monumental difference. The taste is also great and my mouth feel very fresh. Easy to use. I just love it. It is expensive, but worth it.
