()My experience with this Crest Rinse has been a good one so far, as it does seem to do what it promises whiten teeth.

More precisely, it seems to help maintain the whiteness of teeth.I don't think its capable of taking coffee or nicotine stained teeth and turning them white on their own, at least not without verylong term use.If you're looking for that, I suggest Crest 3d White Professional Effects Teeth Whitening Strips 20 Count or a similar product, which is what I used to help deal with the effect of years of coffee drinking.

The "Glamorous White Rinse" (what a name, right?) does seem to effectively complement and maintain that whitening, along with freshening breath with a taste that isn't exactly "tasty", but quite tolerable.

Bottom Line Great at keeping teeth whiter, but unlikely to whiten teeth quickly on its own.

()The main reason I switched to this from my usual Listerine is because I read about a study that said whitening toothpastes had little effect but swishing 2x a day for a minute with a peroxide wash (like this) was not only more effective but as effective as using bleaching trays. ()The Crest 3d White series of products (mouthwash, strips, & toothpaste) definitely help whiten our teeth. However, the claims are a bit outrageous and should only be taken as a reference or result at the best possible circumstances (which is still unlikely).

Does what it intends to do, with some whitening (just don't expect sparkling clean)

This is just me, but the neck of the bottle is far too wide. I like to drink from the bottle, as opposed to using the cup. I prefer the neck's diameter to be smaller so that it's easier to drink through the bottle.
