This product is very good, they say use it in 15 minute increments twice daily, I use it once at night for 30 minutes and hardly ever feel the tooth sensitivity. Once I did and I used the cooling gel that is provided with the product for about 20-30 minutes and it helped. I would recommend this product to anyone especially if you've had the zoom whitening treatment prior to using this.

This product works.I inquired with my dentist about doing the in-office treatment and he told me they use the 14% peroxide with heat applied.He also told me for in-home treatments you need to apply the peroxide for 14 consecutive days the first time to get your teeth white.
