I ordered these to go with some whitening gel I bought. If you are going to order any kind of whitening gel I suggest you buy these because they never send you enough with the whitening gel.
I bought this becasue I heard it helps with sencitivity after whitening and reduces the time the pores on your teeth stay open after whitening (they stay open up 72 hours after whitening, so you arent suppose to drink red wine or coffee until then without a straw). So if it help prevent re-staining my teeth and sencistivity, why not give it a go.I have to say it worked great.My teeth dont hurt and my teeth look white.
