I used this for 2 whole weeks twice a day after brushing with tooth paste. It didn't make my teeth as white I hoped for.The results were not great whats so ever. I was really disappointed.Don't waste your money on this.

Wouldnt recommend it to anyone else. Dosent whiten it just makes a mess in your mouth. Ps is does not rinse out of your mouth you have to scrape it out.
