This is my 2nd purchase of Dr. Collin's and I really do believe it works.I had my teeth professionally whitened 10 years ago, complete with custom trays.My dentist told me that if I used my "trays" after each professional cleaning (3x per year) my teeth would pretty much remain at their current level.This is true, and for years I purchased my refill syringes through my dentist.I was hesitant to try another brand but did purchase Dr. Collins and am happy with the results.I do drink coffee and smoke cigarettes, which you would never guess.My routine is after my professional cleaning, I bleach for the next 3-4 days, twice a day for 60 minutes, and when I think I need a boost! Just don't overdo the bleach in your trays or trust me your gums will hurt terribly.This is trial and error, I would rather use a few extra days than suffer.
Overall, I believe the product works as stated and the price is affordable.
