First Let me say that i have tried many different types of whitening systems.( you can read about this at bottom on review)

Also, I am in my early 20s, I do not smoke and i do not drink coffee, so my teeth were not yellow but they also were not as white as i wanted them.

This system is designed to whiten your teeth in 4 days (you use it once in morning and once in evening.) Even though i usually follow instructions, for some reason i didn't this time. I felt that it would not be that beneficial if i whitened in the morning, therefore i only used it as night.

It took 4 ampoules out of 9 to get my teeth to the white i wanted. This is absolutely amazing, since i can keep the left over ampoules for touch up later on.

USING:

When using this whitening system make sure you brush your teeth first, then wipes your teeth with a kleenex so they are dry from spit before you put on the pre-whitening gel or else the whitening gel does not work as well.

TIP: If you floss and then use the whitening gel right away the gel will get under your gums and bleach them, however in my experience the white gums go away by the time you wake up in the morning

Also, Apply it to the back of your front teeth, it will make them even whiter!

CONS, But not really Cons.

-Ampoules are a bit hard to work first when you use them the first time (however GO Smile realized this and placed a extra set of ampoules in there just in case)

-Can bleach gums

Let me tell you about my previous teeth Whitening adventures:

Laser Whitening at Dentist : Pro: got teeth white Con. Left my teeth extremely sensitive

Crest whitening Strips (different kinds): Pro: left some teeth white. Con. Left Teeth Sensitive. Also since it does not cover every tooth, some teeth remain un-whitened. Finally since the strip are not custom made for every tooth, it doe not fully cover the tops of some teeth.

Mouth Piece Whitening Tray: Pro: whitens teeth Con: Left Teeth Sensitive. Takes a while to make the tray fit your teeth and it still doesn't fit perfectly, unless you pay $$$ to get a dentist to make you a professorial one.

This is the first time I have actually noticed a real difference.I have used whitening products from the dentist as well

as Crest Whitestrips.They were both okay at best but I was disappointed.I thought I would try these because

put something between your teeth and lips as it did irritate my inner lip.I used paper towel folded up and put it
