The product is the same gel as provided by our dentist.I thought it was a better bargain as you got more vials of whitening gel, however, the vials were smaller than those provided by the dentist.I thought that was a bit misleading as there was no information provided on size of each vial and they make it sound like you are getting more gel because it is an 8 pk kit, but considering the size of containers; you are getting about the same as you would recieve from your dentist's four pack kits.Hope this helps.
Years ago my dentist sold me this product for quite a bit more than I paid for it here. Using the trays my dentist made for me, I use this product for about a week every six months, just after having my teeth professionally cleaned. I'm pleased with the results. I have friends whose teeth are unnaturally white. That's not the look I'm going for.
