When I awakened, I removed the trays and brushed my teeth in my customary morning-routine fashion. My teeth were noticeably whiter. I will use the product again whenever I perceive that my teeth have become less white. Consult your dentist before using this product. My dentist advised me that excessive use of teeth-whitening products such as this one have the potential to cause one's teeth to lighten beyond a white shade to a translucent grey shade if one fails to use the product properly. The instructions that come with the product do not match the doctors or patient instructions from the manufacture. 15% should be worn for 4-6hrs and not overnight. Only the 10% is supposed to be worn for 8-10 hours or overnight. Not sure why the instructions don't match but wish I had read the manufactures instructions first! Left it on for 8hrs overnight and my teeth are sore today.

My dentist tried to sell me one of these (4pk) for $40 and I checked the price online rightaway and found this product (which is same with my dentist's) for $31 with 8pk. I used it for 7 days and my teeth are much whiter now; it worked great. I used to use 35% of this product but I don't suggest it because it hurts the gum and the bottom teeth (which are more sensitive than top teeth) a lot. I applied 15% for hours without a problem. Even after first day there was a huge difference. Only bad thing about it is THERE IS NO EXPIRATION DATE on the item. The delivery time on this product was excellent and it is considerably less expensive to buy from the website than from my dentist.While the product is advertised as being fresh, my only complaint is that there is no way to check the actual use-by date, so I really have no way of knowing what the actual expiration date is.
