I've had a double dose of difficulty with my teeth -staining due to my fondness for espresso, and sensitivity due to God knows what (maybe some of my previous toothpastes -I've heard whitening toothpastes can sometimes cause sensitivity) -but this one is the best I've used thus far for tackling both at the same time. The sensitivity is almost entirely gone (used to be almost too painful to eat) and it does a pretty good job of getting rid of those pesky espresso stains (some of the toughest stains to get rid of). I actually researched this and it's one of the few that contains HAP (Hydroxyapatite) which apparently helps to remineralize the enamel.
