My teeth are a few shades whiter now and I actually like smiling. My daughter is about to get her braces off and the ortho offered sessions for $60 each. I just gave him a big white smile and said no thanks, I have the same exact stuff that he uses at home. It will leave your gums a bit sensitive for a couple of days but the plus side is it sterilizes your gums in the process. I would recommend using this product while you sleep and only use it once a month. I would not go above 20% because this works fine and I believe any higher strength would cause greater sensitivity.

Great price compared to what you pay at the dentist.Unable to find an expiration date on the vials or package.I used it for 4 hours one night and then 2 nights later did the same again and now my teeth are a little sensitive today despite using Sensodyne.And whiter!That tells me it's not expired.Glad I found this at this price!
