Amazing product! Around 5 pm, I applied the bands on my 2 & 4 upper and 2 & 4 lower and went on with my daily activities and decided to check my teeth around 8 pm and noticed that my gap on my 2 upper front teeth had closed.My teeth and mouth were sore so, I took the band off around 2:30 am, what a relief. I will put new ones on later on but for now my mouth needs a break.
