I received this product at a dentist office free for my first visit as a new customer.I had sort of white teeth, not yellow but I smoked and drank coffee.I thought since it was free I would try it.I had tried Crest Whitestrips and was not too pleased...they were also very messy.This product is amazing.I used it for 7 days for between 30min to 1 hr per day and wow!Even though I thought I had pretty white teeth there was a big change.I couldn't do another application at the recommended 6 month intervals since I was pregnant.DO NOT USE WHILE PREGNANT!I don't know what would happen, just asked my dentist and that is what they recommended.Now that I have had my baby, I am starting my week application again.I get about a week out of a tube, don't overuse, it will just spooge out over the tray and be waste. Hope this helps anyone looking into it.Oh and last of all...since it is molded to your actual teeth you don't get uneven spots like with some other over the counter whitening systems, even color. And pricing.The dentist said insurance doesn't cover the replacement gels, they would charge around $40 per syringe, so this is a great price.
