This product is good and is well-priced but return postage to Canada is not mentionned and not included in the package. It cost be an extra 5$ to send them back. The trays are made a little cheap (compared to real professional trays that my friend made at her dentist) they feel very rubbery and they are not cut to fit exactly onto your teeth (you need to trim the plastic yourself so you don't get product onto your gums). Since you need to trim them, it's not quite easy to have a nice smooth finish to the trays.

I couldn't be more pleased with the end result and their customer service. I received this molding kit within a couple of days of placing my order.I was a little nervous about making my own mold, but it turned out to be easier than expected.I was a little weary about my order because at the time of my order there was only one review, and it was rather negative.So after shipping back my impressions I sent an email to the company just to check on my status.They were very quick to respond, and said that they had just received my order, but would rush it and send it out that same day.Sure enough, I received it a few days later exactly as promised.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and am even ordering another one for my husband!

I bought this product because of the price.I didn't get what I purchased.I received a kit that looking like it was made in the kitchen with the putty rapped into wax paper and put into little baggies.I tried to make the impression and got an allergic reaction to the putty.I contacted them with no resolve. They sent me a sheet that told me about the putty, but when I contacted the company on the sheet, they never heard of the company and stated their product is not approved to dental uses.At this point I don't know what I put in my mouth or the long term effects of it.I looked up the product and found 9 better business complaints in the last year against them.I sent back the product for a refund and the still have not received anything.

I wish I wasn't fooled by the cheap price.Like I said it looks like the kit was made in the kitchen and never received the final product or a refund.I will have to file a claim with Amazon before my time is up.It is NOT A GOOD PRODUCT!!!

I've had whitening trays custom-fitted from the dentist before.These are just as good as those were.The company was nice when I had to ask them to send me another small tray (the larger tray was simply too small for my mouth.They sent it promptly and I sent all the trays back in the same package.They were made promptly and sent back to me.
