I actually just put this product inside my invisaligns and it works great!Very very strong stuff, make sure to wipe off your gums or it'll hurt after a couple of days.One word of caution, even using the right amount results in only 4-5 uses per syringe.But still with 10 syringes, and the price, this is still BY FAR the best bang for your buck product.
With this product, I no longer need to wear the mouth piece overnight! Each morning I put a little 44% in both upper and lower molded mouthpieces, and while I shower and shave my teeth are being whitened. People need to understand that teeth whitening is not an overnight process, and depending on the severity of the staining, it will take anywhere from 2-8 weeks (though some people will see results faster) before you really start to glow!This is great gel, and is very strong! just like every other teeth whitening gel, do not get it on your gums, and this is very simple if you will fallow my instructions. It is very soft, and is dual action, meaning you can do top and bottom at the same time!
When applying the gel, I DO NOT put dabs on my teeth, it is to inconsistent, and can result in getting on the gums.
Instead, I take the gel, and do a very LIGHT amount into the tray, where the flat part meets the side wall right in the corner,all the way around the top and bottom, Once you insert it into your mouth, pucker your gums tight, as this will get the gel all over the teeth...I let it sit between 20-30 mins at a time, (do not swallow! take a big drink of water before you start) and it has just worked wonders. Anyone that puts a negative review on this product is either impatient, or has no idea what they are doing.Yes, I would recommend this product.It works exactly as described.Just be careful if you have sensitive teeth, because that tooth will become more sensitive for a while.

Let me start by saying I did not use this product for myself I used it on my mother. She has no health insurance, smokes over a pack a day, and drinks tea at least 5 times a day. Her teeth got to the point where they were disgusting to look at. They were turning brown in color. I'm not talking teeth that turning just a tad bit yellow, or are very yellow, they were brown. She uses the syringe and plate once in the morning and once at night. On her free time she uses the Plus White gel, and both morning and night she brushes her teeth with a fluoride toothpaste and puts the whitening booster on top of it.
