I had to wait almost 3 months to get an appt. with the dentist. I had a tooth that was hurting me quite badly and a friend advised this. It took the pain away within two days. I kept the dental appt. and the dentist said "you did have a cavity, but the dentin grew over it." Using this powder is the only thing I did differently. I didn't even know that was possible. I just received my package. My order came from India, so shipping was long but came a full week before the first expected Arrive By Date. I just rubbed the dark, clove-herb smelling fine powder into my gums. It's a taste I'll probably like more as I use it, but for a first time, it's not bad. Not too strong, barely gritty (it's a powder!), herbal and I'm really tasting clove more than anything. I am just swishing it in my mouth to complete the 5 min total it's supposed to stay before rinsing. If I notice significant change in my teeth or gums, I'll update. I might take pictures to compare.... Feel free to comment if I forget to so I remember! :) So far, I like it.

Seems very odd at first. grainy and kind of a menthol/camphor taste.

Have only been using it a short time. Seems to be a small improvement in my gums.
