This is hands down the best, take it from Bob White, teeth bright in the night, they're out of sight and ready to bite. My friends all say I have the whitest teeth, it gets annoying after awhile. This is the best and I have used them all. The other person must be highly sensitive, I get no pain at all.

I bought this whitener because it is allegedly more gentle on the enamel. I followed the directions since it is a 4+ hour treatment that you wear to sleep. I woke up with some pain and sensitivity in my teeth, which progressively became worse throughout the day until about noon when pain became excruciating. That was the first and last time I used it, and I have been restrengthening my enamel with sodium nitrate toothpaste. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the money, and the pain.
