This is a whole kit that has everything you need for whiter teeth without the pain. I have highly sensitive teeth and every time I whiten my teeth with the trays and gel the dentist sold me for 100 plus dollars, my teeth hurt! So I looked into something different and found this. It has trays in it that you heat and melt on to your teeth that are not the greatest molds and not for a smaller mouth. We tried them on my 12 year old and it just doesn't fit well. So my husband and I use the molds our dentist sold us, but if I didn't have them I would use these molds. This stuff works just as well as the dentist stuff and there is NO sensitivity after. And a little plug for the toothpaste, it works really well too. This is cheep and good and has lasted a long time and even my 13 and 14 year old use it. Just can't say enough good.
