I chose the two star rating because it was very ineffective. I did not like it because it created a mess when I applied it and my clothes had gel all over it because it was so runny. I also would not recommend that people buy this product.

I like it much better then crest white strips which alway hurt my teeth and gums. This works great and doesnt hurt and you apply it to your teeth and can close your mouth pretty quickly after!

I bought these, the AM/PM toothpastes, and the main whitening kit and boy was I disappointed!!!Now that I wasted a considerable amount of money on all this stuff I'm going to my dentist so he can REALLY whiten my teeth.
