This kit is awesomeand I'm ordering online nowb/c my HEB doesn't have them in stock at the moment. First offmy teeth cannot tolerate crest white stripsafter 2 minutes I get that piercing pain deep in my teethif you are affected toothen you know what I'm talking about! Secondlythese are little bendable trays with gel in themthis works wonders compared to (stripscome on.. these barely stay on, and wax type onesthat don't liquify to get into the little crevices that hold onto staining). Every time I do one of these for an hour (I think it says for 30-45but I've gone an hour and half -napping with it on)I get stopped by so many people that comment on how white my teeth are; and this is just from one treatment. Best of all, no piercing, stinging,pain etc. :)

FYI as for all whitening kitsdo not drink red wine, coffee, dark fluids the same day or shortly after the treatmentor everything will be undoneI think it's more porous the first day. Anyway this kit is the best, the most practical and the most adaptable per getting in between teeth and other areas that stay yellow with white strips.
