I have very sensitive teeth and gums. Usually if I use those whitening strips, I get burned immediately. But with this I felt nothing and the taste wasn't bad in comparison. I could even say it was enjoyable. The only downside is that it is not as powerful as the strips but I did notice a a brightening instead of "whitening" if you will.
