This kit is a good buy for the price of around $20.
Kit comes with the basics as well as nice extras like spit swabs, remineralizing gel and little syringe tip to apply to individual teeth.
I have been using this kit for 3 consecutive days and see a light change after wearing it 30 minutes at a time. I have had no sensitivity thus far. My tooth enamel was damaged when I was younger by antibiotics so my teeth get fairly yellow easily and I am in my early 20's.
Overall I have seen some results but I would maybe go with the higher strength formula. This kit is amazing!!!
Same high quality as dentist. It comes in the same kit as the dentist. It does not cause tooth sensitivity. The tray is pretty nice. I wish it was more forming but you are better off putting the gel on the teeth and not the tray as the directions say. I have yet to try the remineralization gel. Also the "spit" collecting cotton rounds help. Hey for the price you have to try this. Forget Crest white strips and forget $600 bleaching jobs!

Two problems:The packaging makes it difficult to remove just one,
and the plastic holder for the tips doesn't hold the new tips securely
so you have to be careful to remove (again) just one. These are replacement tips for the Waterpik flosser.I wouldn't recommend the flosser for general use. It's too bulky and awkward to use, making it difficultto get at all teeth, especially from the back side of the teeth.Plain Jane string dental floss is what I regularly use.
I have a very specialized cleaning need and for that need, the flosser works very well.I have a metal band between my upper 2nd and 3rd molar (3rd is the furthest back in the mouth). The band is there to keep the 3rd molar from descending. It's needed because there is no bottom 3rd molar immediately below it.The bottom molar had to be pulled due to infection.Because of the band, I can't floss between the 2nd and 3rd upper molar with string floss. To floss between these to teeth, I use the Waterpic flosser.I can very easily floss from the front, or outside, but have never been able to do the flossing from the back side.Nevertheless, when I last went to the dentist, the hygienist's comment was something like, "I don't know what you're doing but continue to do it."Thus, for my specialized purpose, it works very well.
For people with specialized needs, e.g., those with dental appliances, the Waterpic flosser might be a good idea.
I replace the tip in the flosser about every 3 days. They're easy to replace and not expensive.
Arm & Hammer Complete Care Plus Whitening Toothpaste with Baking Soda & Peroxide, Packaging May Var

The closest thing I could find online that mimicked this was burning mouth syndrome. It's not burning mouth syndrome. It's this damn toothpaste. The only warning on the label says discontinue use if irritation is present. I used to love arm and hammer, and maybe their other products are still okay, but this toothpaste is awful, harmful, and needs to be removed from shelves until they figure out what the hell is going on.I have never had the sort of reaction that I did to this toothpaste. I used to really like Arm & Hammer and used it as my toothpaste of choice. I got a small sample of this exact new and improved arm & hammer toothpaste. Big mistake! I don't know what they did to it, but as soon as I used it I got HUGE sores on both sides of my tongue which made my ability to taste disappear. not to mention the extreme burned feeling i had on my tongue, like I had drunk a couple ladles of boiling hot soup. The sores were big and BURNED like nothing else, even when I was just swallowing saliva. I went to the doctor, not knowing what the cause of my sores were, and she immediately told me to switch to a natural toothpaste like Tom's or use baking soda paste. She didn't seem to differentiate between arm & hammer, colgate or crest, so I assume all of these toothpastes have some new formulations in recent years that have caused a widespread reaction among the population like this. My experience, however, is with arm & hammer's toothpaste, so I can only report on that.
It took over one month of using only baking soda (ironically, arm and hammer brand) on my teeth for the sores to heal. A couple months later, I got lazy and tried my arm and hammer sample toothpaste one night. The next morning I woke up with the eerily familiar feeling of a burned tongue and the sores forming on the sides of my tongue. It has now been 3 days since that one time use of this toothpaste, and the sores are still here. I hope it will only take the better part of a week for these sores to dissolve, since it was only a single use of this POISON. It's back to baking soda for me!
Hope this helps someone realize that your oral woes could be due to your toothpaste.
There's another version of this which tastes too minty for me. This is the perfect one with just the right balance of baking-soda clean with a slight mint taste! ;-)
It's the only toothpaste that makes my mouth actually feel clean when I'm done brushing. Too many tame, tasteless, wimpy toothpastes make almost no difference in your mouth. Or they taste too good, like bubblegum or supermint no way those ones clean my teeth! They taste like candy!
This one is absolutely perfect. And it does a better job.
Forget Crest or Colgate or even those exclusive import brands my wife likes. This is The One. :)
