This product arrived without the mouthpiece.I have no idea how well it works since it is useless without this necessary item!

I might stop being lazy and actually use it some time, but until then I'll limit my review to how pretty the box is.It is very pretty.

So this is the same product that my dental office was selling for about 2-400 dollars, and I found it here.I understand even a dental office is a business and selling products is part of that, but on the the other hand, Im trying to save money like everyone else.The only thing is that it doesnt say "ADA" approved on the box or directions, but if my dental office was selling it, then I was willing to try it. You have to bite down into the mold tray to get your impression and putting the solution in was easy, it was during the timing that you will get alot of "drool" (ew, I know) in the 30 min that is needed to leave the tray in. That was my first time using a whitening tray so Im guessing that is normal(?)But Im willing to deal with the at home drool effect versus shelling out 200 dollars to drool at the office..lol, anyway there are refills available online as well and for me this product is ok but it is something I will continue to use for now.
