Hard to mold around teeth for whitening purposes. Instructions are wrong 15 secs in boiling water is way too long for molding and will disenegrate the trays. Need to dip for 5 secs maximum.
This was my first purchase of teeth trays. No experience with them what so ever... So i was very glad this came with two sets because i totally messed up the first pair :-\ I dipped them in boiling water and molded them to my teeth, upper and then lower and they got soft much quicker than I anticipated but I got it right on the second try. When i put them in my mouth, I immediately noticed they were bulky (or i have an extremely small mouth) BUT i cut and shortened them a bit and now they fit just fine. They do the job! If you are expecting a professional molded result from a dentists office then you better pass but for me i wanted something quick and "easy" on the wallet that would get the job done and for me these do just that. Overall I am not super pleased but more "content " with my purchase. My teeth are getting whiter by using them so I can't complain too much ;-)
